Katie Farrow
Fitness and Health Coach

Katie Farrow is a Personal Trainer and business owner of KT Personal Training a private Fitness Studio located in Western Australia’s Margaret River wine region, Dunsborough. Katie had been in the fitness industry since 2002, moving around Australia and training many people including Linda Kowslowski (Hogan) Crocodile Dundee, Marty Sacks (Blue Heelers and Underbelly) and had the chance to work with numerous professional surfers in both NSW and WA.

She has a strong passion for travel, which has enabled her to move to many amazing places around the world holidaying and working as a personal trainer. From growing up in South Australia, to living in Byron Bay, working in Sardinia, Italy personal training for a Saudi Arabian Sheikh, and now settling in Dunsborough Western Australia. Her love for the ocean and outdoors has enabled her to live her dream lifestyle. Helping people reach their fitness and weight loss goals, through education, support and finding balance.

With 13 years experience and having just opened a new gym, she is ready to combine all her knowledge and expertise and make some serious changes to people’s lives in the most amazing part of Australia. Why travel to Bali to do a retreat when we have the most amazing coastline and resorts at our doorstep.

Sarah Breheny
Health Coach

Sarah Breheny is a certified health coach, passionate writer, speaker and fitness instructor. Sarah empowers women, particularly mums in health, love and happiness; to create greater confidence, less stress, improved relationships and teaches them how to connect with their true self. She’ll have you ditching the scales and falling back in love with your life.

Sarah is also a wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls and lives in beautiful Yallingup, Western Australia. Previously she worked in America on private yachts as a Chief Stewardess. She travelled to many countries while working abroad – Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Europe. It was during this time of working exhausting hours, living off stimulants and realising her life had spun out of control and that her health was slowly deteriorating.

After having her daughters she was diagnosed with thyroid disorder and adrenal fatigue. This was when her journey in health and wellness began. She was lucky to meet a Naturopath who put her on a path of dietary change and supplemental support. The change was amazing and her passion for health and wellness began. She read everything in relation to diet, exercise, healing and lots about self-care. After spending many years researching her own health she realised that she wanted to help others and therefore studied at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Her mission is to help empower women in health, love and happiness.

Sarah is ready to combine her knowledge and passion to help women reconnect with their inner spark and become the most amazing, vibrant, powerful version of themselves and what better place to do so than in the South West of WA.
