Almond and Apricot Balls

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds (blitz these in your food processor or thermo mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 5 apricots
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Blend all ingredients together if to dry add a little water (only 1 tbspn at a time) Mix until the mixture becomes a dough. Then roll into small balls and then coat in dessicated coconut. Enjoy, but remember don’t eat too many!
